Multiple DUI Convictions

In the state of South Carolina, penalties for a DUI conviction multiply with every subsequent offense within a ten year period. At The Farley Law Firm, LLC, I understand the severity of the situation that you face, and I can provide you with the skillful representation that you need in order to effectively pursue your rights, your goals, and your desires in your case. As a defense attorney with years of experience in handling these cases, I can provide you with an aggressive defense of your case and pursuit of a favorable outcome.

It is important for you to know that a certain number of DUI convictions within a ten year period will result in a felony DUI, which can carry much more severe penalties for conviction. A second DUI within ten years carries penalties of up to three years in jail, and $6,500 in fines. A third conviction will result in up to five years in jail and up to $10,000 in fines. If you are convicted of a fourth or subsequent DUI offense within ten years, then you will face felony charges which could incur penalties of up to seven years in state prison for a conviction.
